1. Member States shall report annually to the Commission, as part of the annual reporting referred to in Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council (), the information specified in point 3 of Annex IX. 2. Member States shall designate an authority to be responsible for exchanging information pursuant to Article 23 and for publication of information pursuant to Article 24. 3. The Commission shall publish an annual report based on the information reported to it by Member States pursuant to paragraph 1. |
