1. Subject to paragraph 2, Article 92 of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 shall apply to payments carried out by the Commission. 2. Where EDF resources are implemented in indirect management with ACP States or OCTs and the Commission executes payments on their behalf, the time limit referred to in point (b) of Article 92(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 shall apply to all payments not referred to in point (a) thereof. The financing agreement shall contain the necessary provisions to ensure the timely collaboration of the contracting authority. 3. Claims for delayed payments for which the Commission is responsible shall be charged to the account or accounts provided for in Article 1(6) of the 10th EDF Internal Agreement. |
