Council Regulation (EEC) No 1416/76 of 1 June 1976 on the financial provisions applying to the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training article 34 CELEX: 01976R1416-19930726 The payment order shall state:
— the financial year against which the payment shall be charged,
— the Article in the statement of revenue and expenditure and any other subdivision that may apply,
— the amount to be paid (in figures and words), expressed in ecus or in national currency,
— the name and address of the payee,
— the purpose of the expenditure,
— and the method of payment, wherever possible.
The payment order shall be dated and signed by the authorizing officer. |
