1. Decision 2005/681/JHA, as amended by Regulation (EU) No 543/2014, is hereby replaced with regard to the Member States bound by this Regulation with effect from 1 July 2016. Therefore, Decision 2005/681/JHA is repealed. 2. With regard to the Member States bound by this Regulation, references to the acts referred to in paragraph 1 shall be construed as references to this Regulation. |
