Council Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC) No 3784/87 of 14 December 1987 adjusting the remuneration and pensions of officials and other servants of the European Communities and the weightings applied thereto article 0 CELEX: 31987R3784 Whereas Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 3856/86 (6) did not take account of factors arising from certain amendments to Italian legislation affecting civil servants' salaries ; whereas the effect of these factors could not be estimated before the Regulations were adopted ; whereas the amounts laid down in Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 3856/86 should therefore be corrected;
Whereas a review of the remuneration of officials and other servants carried out on the basis of a report by the Commission has shown that the remuneration and pensions of officials and remuneration of other servants of the Communities should be adjusted under the 1987 annual review,
