The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts, in accordance with Article 284, in order to determine: (a) the conditions for granting the authorisation for the procedures referred to in Article 211(1); (b) the exceptions to the conditions referred to in Article 211(3) and (4); (c) the cases in which the economic conditions are deemed to be fulfilled as referred to in Article 211(5). |
