Council Regulation (EEC) No 4070/87 of 22 December 1987 on the grant of support to transport infrastructure projects article 4 CELEX: 31987R4070 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
