The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 14a amending Annex I, without broadening its scope, in order to update the minimum criteria set out therein, taking into account, in particular, the relevant decisions of the IMO. 2. Amendments to the international conventions defined in Article 2(b) of this Regulation may be excluded from the scope of this Regulation, pursuant to Article 5 of Regulation (EC) No 2099/2002. |
