Directive (EU) 2024/2823 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 on the legal protection of designs (recast) (Text with EEA relevance) article 38 CELEX: 32024L2823 Entry into force
This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
However, Articles 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 20 and 22 shall apply from 9 December 2027. |
