This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 December 2025. However, Article 19(1) and (2), Article 35(1) Article 37(7), Articles 67, 68 and 69, and Article 71(2) shall apply from 16 November 2023. |
