In addition to the tasks listed in Article 19, the Executive Director of the Single European Sky ATM Research 3 Joint Undertaking shall carry out the following tasks: (a) direct the execution of the definition and development phases of the SESAR project within the guidelines established by the Governing Board; (b) submit to the Governing Board any proposal involving changes in the design of the development phase of the SESAR project. |
