This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall, subject to the transitional measures in Article 46, apply with effect from 2 March 2016. However, Articles 24, 34 and 45 shall apply with effect from 2 March 2015. |
