Regulation (EU) 2015/936 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 June 2015 on common rules for imports of textile products from certain third countries not covered by bilateral agreements, protocols or other arrangements, or by other specific Union import rules (recast) article 15 CELEX: 02015R0936-20180226 In accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 30(2), the Commission may, at the request of a Member State or on its own initiative, if the situation referred to in Article 12(2) is likely to arise:
— reduce the period of validity of any surveillance document required for the surveillance measures,
— make the issue of the surveillance document subject to certain conditions and, as an exceptional measure, subject to the insertion of a revocation clause, or, with the frequency and for the length of time indicated by the Commission, to the prior information and consultation procedure referred to in Articles 6 and 8. |
