The Commission shall specify, by means of implementing acts, the procedural rules for: (a) transferring the rights and obligations of the holder of the procedure with regard to goods which have been placed under a special procedure other than transit in accordance with Article 218; (b) the movement of goods placed under a special procedure other than transit or in a free zone in accordance with Article 219.
Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 285(4). |
