Directive 2000/84/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 January 2001 on summer-time arrangements article 5 CELEX: 32000L0084 The Commission shall report to the European Parliament, the Council and the Economic and Social Committee on the impact of the provisions of this Directive on the sectors concerned by 31 December 2007 at the latest.
That report shall be drawn up on the basis of the information made available to the Commission by each Member State by 30 April 2007 at the latest.
The Commission shall, if necessary and following the conclusions of the report, make appropriate proposals. |
