1. The Member States and the Commission shall cooperate with the Agency and afford it the necessary assistance for the accomplishment of its mission. 2. With due regard to the different legal systems in the individual Member States, the Agency shall facilitate cooperation between Member States and between them and the Commission in the development of harmonised standards for control, in accordance with Union legislation and taking into account best practices in Member States and agreed international standards. |
