Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2006 on shipments of waste article 33 CELEX: 02006R1013-20250101 Application of this Regulation to shipments exclusively within Member States
1. Member States shall establish an appropriate system for the supervision and control of shipments of waste exclusively within their jurisdiction. This system shall take account of the need for coherence with the Community system established by Titles II and VII. 2. Member States shall inform the Commission of their system for supervision and control of shipments of waste. The Commission shall inform the other Member States thereof. 3. Member States may apply the system provided for in Titles II and VII within their jurisdiction. |
