1. The members of the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking other than the Union shall make or arrange for their constituent or affiliated entities to make a total contribution of at least EUR 900 000 000 over the period set out in Article 3. 2. The members of the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking other than the Union shall make or arrange for their constituent or affiliated entities to make an annual financial contribution to the administrative costs of the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking of at least 20 % of the total administrative costs. They shall endeavour to increase their number of constituent or affiliated entities in order to increase their contribution to 50 % of the administrative costs of the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking over its lifetime, taking due account of constituent and affiliated entities that are SMEs. |
