Council Regulation (EC) No 111/2005 of 22 December 2004 laying down rules for the monitoring of trade between the Community and third countries in drug precursors article 35 CELEX: 02005R0111-20240603 This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 18 August 2005. However, Articles 6(1), 7(2), 8(2), 9(2), 11(1) and (3), 12(1), 19, 28 and 30 shall apply as from the day of entry into force of this Regulation in order to permit the adoption of the measures provided for in those Articles. Such measures shall enter into force at the earliest on 18 August 2005. |
