Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin article 15 CELEX: 02004R0853-20241109 This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day after that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply 18 months after the date on which all of the following acts have entered into force: (a) Regulation (EC) No 852/2004; (b) Regulation (EC) No 854/2004; and
(c) Directive 2004/41/EC.
However, it shall apply no earlier than 1 January 2006. |
