Council Regulation (EC) No 1899/2005 of 27 June 2005 on administering certain restrictions on imports of certain steel products from the Russian Federation article 18 CELEX: 02005R1899-20060820 1. The competent authorities of the Russian Federation shall issue an export licence in respect of all consignments of steel products subject to the quantitative limits set out in Annex V up to the level of those limits. 2.
