Council Regulation (EEC) No 1416/76 of 1 June 1976 on the financial provisions applying to the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training article 52 CELEX: 01976R1416-19930726 Permanent inventories showing the quantity and value of all movable and immovable property belonging to the Centre shall be kept in accordance with a model drawn up by the Commission. Only movable property exceeding a specific value laid down in the implementing rules provided for in Article 76 shall be entered in those inventories.
The Centre shall carry out its own inspection to ascertain that entries in the inventory correspond to the facts. |
