List of instruments subject to the regulatory procedure and adapted to the corresponding provisions of Decision 1999/468/EC in accordance with the amendments below: 1) Council Directive 75/442/EEC of 15 July 1975 on waste(1).Article 18 is replaced by the following:
1. The Commission shall be assisted by a committee. 2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC(2) shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.
The period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months. 3. The Committee shall adopt its rules of procedure.
2) First Council Directive 79/267/EEC of 5 March 1979 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of direct life assurance(3).Article 32b(6) is replaced by the following:
6. The Commission shall be assisted by a committee.
Where reference is made to this paragraph, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC(4) shall apply, having regard to the provisions of Article 8 thereof.
