1. A review may be organised by the Commission to examine the performance of Interreg programmes. The review may be carried out in writing. 2. At the request of the Commission, the managing authority shall, within one month, provide the Commission with concise information on the elements listed in Article 30(1). That information shall be based on the most recent data available to the Member States and, where applicable, third countries, partner countries and OCTs. 3. The outcome of the review shall be recorded in agreed minutes. 4. The managing authority shall follow-up issues raised by the Commission and inform the Commission, within three months of the date of the review, of the measures taken. |
