Regulation (EU) 2015/936 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 June 2015 on common rules for imports of textile products from certain third countries not covered by bilateral agreements, protocols or other arrangements, or by other specific Union import rules (recast) article 19 CELEX: 02015R0936-20180226 The competent authorities of the Member States shall issue import authorisations within 5 working days of notification of the Commission decision or within the time limit set by the Commission.
Those authorities shall inform the Commission that import authorisations have been issued within 10 working days of issuing the authorisations. |
