1. The financial accounts of the Network Manager shall be drawn up and published annually. Those accounts shall comply with the international accounting standards adopted by the Union. Where, due to the legal status of the Network Manager, full compliance with the international accounting standards is not possible, the Network Manager shall achieve such compliance to the maximum possible extent. 2. The Network Manager shall publish an annual report on its activities and regularly undergo an independent audit. |
