1. An ELTIF shall comply at all times with the provisions of this Regulation. 2. An ELTIF and the manager of the ELTIF shall comply at all times with Directive 2011/61/EU. 3. The manager of the ELTIF shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with this Regulation and shall also be liable in accordance with Directive 2011/61/EU for any infringements of this Regulation. The manager of the ELTIF shall also be liable for losses or damages resulting from non-compliance with this Regulation. |
