1. The Agency shall submit a report to the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on the practical application of this Regulation by 18 July 2015 and every year thereafter. 2. The report shall include a description of the procedures put in place by the Agency to apply this Regulation during sea operations and information on the application of this Regulation in practice, including detailed information on compliance with fundamental rights and the impact on those rights, and any incidents which may have taken place. |
