1. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the information referred to in Articles 3, 7, 12, 14, 17, 19, 20 and 22.
Member States shall communicate to the Commission if their national law requires a document to be served within a particular period as referred to in Articles 12(5) and 13(2). 2. Member States may notify the Commission if they are in a position to operate the decentralised IT system earlier than required by this Regulation. The Commission shall make such information available electronically, in particular through the European e-Justice Portal. 3. The Commission shall publish the information communicated in accordance with paragraph 1 through appropriate means, including through the European e-Justice Portal. 4. The Commission shall draw up and regularly update a manual containing the information referred to in paragraph 1. It shall make the manual available electronically, in particular through the European Judicial Network in Civil and Commercial Matters and on the European e-Justice Portal. |
