Council Regulation (EEC) No 1661/80 of 27 June 1980 on the safeguard measures provided for in the Cooperation Agreement and the Interim Agreement concerning trade and commercial cooperation between the European Economic Community and the Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia article 3 CELEX: 31980R1661 1. This Regulation shall not preclude the application of Regulations on the common organization of agricultural markets or of Community or national administrative provisions resulting therefrom or of the special Regulations adopted under Article 235 of the Treaty for processed agricultural products ; this Regulation shall apply in addition to such measures. 2. The second indent of Article 2 (2) shall not apply as such to products covered by such Regulations. |
