In addition to the tasks listed in Article 17, the Governing Board of the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking shall carry out the following tasks: (a) adopt strategic deployment agendas as non-binding contributions under CEF2 Digital programme with regard to 5G corridors and, if appropriate, amend them throughout the duration of CEF2 Digital programme; (b) ensure that Union cybersecurity legislation and Member States’ existing and future coordinated guidance are taken into consideration in all the activities of the Smart Network and Services Joint Undertaking; (c) promote synergies and complementarities between the digital, transport and energy sectors of CEF2 Digital programme through the identification of intervention areas and contribution to the work programmes, as well as synergies and complementarities with the other relevant Union programmes. |
