1. The Programme is targeted at, inter alia, legal practitioners, national authorities and the citizens of the Union in general. 2. For the purposes of this Decision, ‘legal practitioners’ shall mean judges, prosecutors, advocates, solicitors, notaries, academic and scientific personnel, ministry officials, court officers, bailiffs, court interpreters and other professionals associated with the judiciary in the area of civil law. |
