Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/97 of 25 June 1997 concerning Community criteria for staging points and amending the route plan referred to in the Annex to Directive 91/628/EEC article 7 CELEX: 01997R1255-20070105 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
It shall apply as from 1 January 1999.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. |
