1. Electronic logbook 1.1. Fishing Activity Reports Data used in the creation or correction of Fishing Activity Reports and to be exchanged based on the NEAFC FLUX Fishing Activities ERS Implementation Document adopted by NEAFC.

(a) Fishing Activity Reports: header data Data to be included in all Fishing Activity Reports

It is unique for each vessel for a calendar year. At the beginning of the current year this value will be reset to 1 for each vessel and will increment at the sending of each message. Fishing trip information All activities have a reference to the fishing trip RA trip identifier O The unique identifier for the current trip in the NEAFC Regulatory Area Contracting Party internal trip ID O Fishing trip ID according to the definition of a Contracting Party Vessel details Radio call sign and IMO number is required. Where IMO is not applicable (for vessels under IMO Resolution A.1078 (28)), use of either Contracting Party internal reference number or vessel external registration is required.
