Regulation (EU) 2021/1059 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 on specific provisions for the European territorial cooperation goal (Interreg) supported by the European Regional Development Fund and external financing instruments article 34 CELEX: 32021R1059 Indicators for Interreg programmes
1. Common output and result indicators, as set out in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2021/1058, and, where necessary, programme-specific output and result indicators shall be used in accordance with Article 16(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, and point (e)(ii) of Article 17(3) and point (b) of Article 32(2) of this Regulation. 2. Where relevant, programme-specific output and result indicators shall be used in addition to the indicators which were selected in accordance with paragraph 1. All common output and result indicators listed in Table 2 of the Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2021/1058 may also be used by specific objectives under any of the policy objectives 1 to 5 or, where relevant, under the Interreg-specific objectives set out in Article 14(4) and (5) of this Regulation. 3. For output indicators, baselines shall be set at zero. The milestones set for 2024 and targets set for 2029 shall be cumulative. |
