Council Regulation (EU) No 1417/2013 of 17 December 2013 laying down the form of the laissez-passer issued by the European Union article 8 CELEX: 02013R1417-20131228 Repeal and transitional provisions
1. Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1826/69 is repealed with effect from 25 November 2015. During the period from 1 January 2014 until 24 November 2015, Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1826/69 shall continue to apply. 2. Any laissez-passer issued pursuant to Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 1826/69 shall cease to be valid with effect from 25 November 2015. |
