1. Member States shall ensure that all pertinent catch information is provided to the Commission on an annual basis, for all of their vessels fishing for species under the purview of the Convention. 2. Member States shall provide the data, by species and fishing gear, where practical, via vessel logbooks and unloading records, and otherwise in aggregated form as in the table set out in IATTC Resolution C-03-05, with Level 3 catch and effort data as a minimum requirement, and, whenever possible, Levels 1 and 2 catch and effort data and length-frequency data. 3. The aggregated data table referred to in paragraph 2 for each year shall be provided to the Commission by 31 May of the following year. The Commission shall forward that information to the IATTC Secretariat by 30 June. |
