1. The competent authorities of the Member States shall cooperate with each other and with the Commission to ensure the proper application and due enforcement of this Regulation and shall transmit to each other all information necessary with a view to applying this Regulation uniformly. 2. The Commission shall provide for the organisation of an exchange of experience between the competent authorities in order to coordinate the uniform application of this Regulation. 3. Cooperation may be part of initiatives developed at international level. |
