1. This Regulation applies to the EES, VIS, ETIAS and SIS. 2. This Regulation applies to persons in respect of whom personal data may be processed in the EU information systems referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article and whose data are collected for the purposes defined in Articles 1 and 2 of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008, Article 1 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2226, Articles 1 and 4 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1240, Article 1 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1860 and Article 1 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1861. |
