Fundamental Rights Training All Europol staff involved in operational tasks involving personal data processing shall receive mandatory training on the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, including with regard to the processing of personal data. That training shall be developed in cooperation with the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), established by Council Regulation (EC) No 168/2007 (), and the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL), established by Regulation (EU) 2015/2219 of the European Parliament and of the Council ().
