The Commission together with the Member States shall ensure that the measures provided for in this Decision are consistent with other Community, national and regional action and initiatives.
They shall ensure that the European Year fully complements other existing Community, national and regional initiatives and resources, where they can help to attain the objectives of the European Year. |
