1. Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 or any other act applicable to the 2014–2020 programming period shall continue to apply only to operational programmes and operations supported by the ERDF, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund under that period. 2. The empowerment conferred in paragraph 3 of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 on the Commission to adopt a delegated act to provide for a European code of conduct on partnership shall remain in force for the 2021-2027 programming period. The delegation of power shall be exercised in accordance with Article 114 of this Regulation. |
