1. Each Member State shall designate one or more competent authorities responsible for the application of this Regulation.
Member States shall inform the Commission of the names and addresses of the competent authorities by 3 June 2011. Member States shall inform the Commission of any changes to the names or addresses of the competent authorities. 2. The Commission shall make publicly available, including on the Internet, a list of the competent authorities. The list shall be regularly updated. |
