Regulation (EC) No 1339/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2008 establishing a European Training Foundation (recast) article 4 CELEX: 32008R1339 Transparency
1. The Foundation shall act with a high level of transparency and comply, in particular, with paragraphs 2 to 4. 2. The Foundation shall make public within six months of setting up its Governing Board: (a) the rules of procedure of the Foundation and those of the Governing Board; (b) the annual activity report of the Foundation. 3. In appropriate cases, the Governing Board may authorise representatives of interested parties to attend meetings of the Foundation's bodies in the capacity of observers. 4. Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 shall apply to documents held by the Foundation. The Governing Board shall adopt practical arrangements for applying that Regulation. |
