Council Regulation (EU) 2021/1173 of 13 July 2021 on establishing the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking and repealing Regulation (EU) 2018/1488 article 33 CELEX: 02021R1173-20240709 Rules for participation and dissemination applicable to indirect actions funded under Horizon Europe
1. Regulation (EU) 2021/695 shall apply to the indirect actions funded by the Joint Undertaking under Horizon Europe. In accordance with that Regulation, the Joint Undertaking shall be considered as a funding body and shall provide financial support to indirect actions as set out in Article 1 of the Statutes. 2. Regulation (EU) 2021/695 shall also apply to the indirect actions funded by the Participating State contributions referred to in Article 15(3)(f) of the Statutes. |
