1. No customs duty on exports or charge having equivalent effect shall be introduced in trade between the Community and Switzerland. Customs duties on exports and charges having equivalent effect shall be abolished not later than 1 January 1974.
2. In the case of products listed in Annex III, the Contracting Parties may take, in such manner as they shall determine, the measures they consider necessary to implement their supply policies.
