1. Any transliteration or translation required under this Regulation shall be into the official language or one of the official languages of the Member State addressed or into any other official language of the institutions of the Union which that Member State has indicated it can accept. 2. Subject to Article 5(3), any translation under this Regulation shall be done by a person qualified to do translations in one of the Member States. |
