1. ESG rating providers shall have in place procedures for receiving reasoned concerns from stakeholders that provide their names and position. 2. ESG rating providers, with the exception of small ESG rating providers, within the meaning of Article 5(1) of this Regulation, shall endeavour to reply to the reasoned concerns within 30 working days of receipt thereof. |
