1. The placing on the market, and any subsequent supply or making available to another person within the Union for payment or free of charge, of products and equipment containing ozone-depleting substances listed in Annex I or whose functioning relies upon those substances, shall be prohibited. 2. The import or export of products and equipment containing ozone-depleting substances listed in Annex I or whose functioning relies upon those substances shall be prohibited. That prohibition shall not apply to personal effects. |
