By way of derogation from Articles 152 to 158, Member States shall, on request, recognise: (a) producer organisations in: (i) the fruit and vegetables sector in respect of one or more products of that sector and/or such products solely intended for processing, (ii) the olive oil and table olives sector, (iii) the silkworm sector, (iv) the hops sector; (b) interbranch organisations in the olive oil and table olives sector and the tobacco sector. |
